“I rarely ever know what the subject will be until I stumble upon it. Whether it’s on a hike, walking around a city or just hanging out insomeone’s backyard, a texture or vibrant color will draw my eye and I zoom in to capture the intricate details. Discovering overlooked beauty brings me great joy and forces me to slow down and relax so I don’t miss these hidden gems.”
Jennifer learned how to take photos after years of playing around with cameras and getting tips from friends. Currently, she uses both a DSL camera and her phone. Sometimes she leaves the image as is or will play with color to create a different mood or feeling. In addition to photography, Jennifer has also sculpted and written and directed award-‐winning short films. Jennifer is a long time resident of Los Angeles after spending way too many years suffering through Central NY winters. She owns The Cusp Association which provides marketing and management services for emerging and mid career artists and consulting for small businesses and non profits.
